Mr. Rajwani practices in the areas of
employment law and business/civil
litigation. He has represented employers
and employees in non-compete, trade
secret, workplace defamation, and
wrongful termination cases, including
those involving ADA, ADEA, and
FMLA claims.
He has also represented plaintiffs and
defendants in litigation and arbitration
proceedings involving partnership
disputes, breaches of contracts and
tortious interference with contracts,
breaches of fiduciary duties and
other business torts, and claims
under the Texas Deceptive Trade
Practices Act.
