Complex Litigation Mr. Dunn is one of only 25 attorneys in Texas who is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and in Labor and Employment Law. He has litigated complex business, employment, personal injury and insurance disputes throughout the country and tried cases to a jury verdict in four states. He has represented clients in disputes arising in Brazil, Canada, England, Mexico, The Netherlands, Scotland, Qatar and throughout the U.S.
Mr. Dunn represents corporations, insurance carriers and individuals in a variety of complex matters involving commercial disputes, employment law, partnership issues, arbitration, class actions, shareholder oppression, business torts, breach of contract, "business divorce," non-competes, trade secrets, Qui Tam, and significant personal injury matters.
Significant Recoveries Although approximately two-thirds of his practice involves representing corporate defendants, Mr. Dunn has won settlements and judgments that have netted more than $250 million for his plaintiff clients, including million dollar verdicts in Texas, California, Louisiana and Arkansas.*

Corporate Investigations Fortune 500 companies have hired Rogge Dunn and his team to investigate sensitive corporate governance and other matters. Major law firms wanting to avoid potential disqualification as a witness issues have also hired Dunn to conduct investigations on their client's behalf. One of Mr. Dunn's investigations was cited by the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals as a basis for the client obtaining a summary judgment. Sandstad v. *In a 3-3 decision, the Arkansas Supreme Court dead-locked and did not overturn the trial court's ruling that the client's contributory negligence barred its recovery at trial. As a result of a settlement with one of the defendants before trial, the client netted $250,000.
