Negligent Hiring/Retention/Supervision

CDK lawyers have successfully defended corporations against claims of negligent hiring, retention and supervision of employees.  Most recently, CDK partner Keith Clouse obtained a defense verdict in a negligent hiring case following a three-week trial in February 2006.  We also counsel clients regarding preventive measures designed to minimize litigation risk, including hiring practices, background checks, workplace investigations, training and employment policies.
