Rogge Dunn
Rogge Dunn oversees the Firm's insurance practice. A Dallas native and fifth generation Texan, Mr. Dunn earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas in 1983. He also served as Note Editor of the Texas Law Review.
Mr. Dunn has tried cases to verdict in four different states. He has won more than $160 million in settlements and judgments for his clients, including million dollar jury verdicts in Texas and Louisiana. Two of his closing jury arguments were recorded for the 1999 edition of the Million Dollar Arguments series published by Professional Techniques Library in Massachusetts.
Mr. Dunn served as lead attorney for the subrogating carriers in the New Orleans Fair Grounds racetrack disaster. The $58 million verdict stands as the largest products liability verdict in Louisiana history.
Prior to forming CDK, Mr. Dunn gained substantial subrogation experience at two of the largest subrogation law firms in the country. He was a Partner at Zelle & Larson and opened the Dallas office of Cozen & O'Connor, where he was a Senior Partner.
