Ms. Kraft was born in Irving, Texas on August 6, 1975.

    Ms. Kraft's practice focuses on employment law.  She litigates employment disputes in both federal and state courts.  She drafts employment contracts and separation agreements for executives and physicians.  She also counsels employers regarding personnel matters.  Her clients include both individuals and small to mid-size businesses.

Prior to joining Clouse Dunn Khoshbin LLP, Ms. Kraft was an Associate at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P.

Experience
Ms. Kraft drafts employment contracts and separation agreements for employers, executives and physicians.



Ms. Kraft litigates covenant-not-to-compete matters.                                         


 

Ms. Kraft counsels employers regarding personnel matters and drafts personnel policies, employment manuals and related documents for employers.


 

Ms. Kraft represents employees in internal equal employment opportunity matters, before the Texas Workforce Commission and in court.


 

Ms. Kraft represents businesses in court and in arbitration in matters
involving contract claims and business tort claims.
