Alyson Brown specializes in employment law, representing employers and executives in all facets of the employment relationship. She represents clients in a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas and in other states. She also represents clients in arbitrations and administrative proceedings with state and federal agencies.
Ms. Brown is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is also an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association for employment disputes. Prior to joining Clouse Dunn Khoshbin, Ms. Brown was the general counsel of MADD, a national nonprofit corporation. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including banking, retail, manufacturing, medical, hospitality and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Brown also represents clients in lawsuits and arbitrations involving claims for unpaid overtime, negligent hiring, breach of contract and defamation. |

Ms. Brown negotiates and drafts executive employment agreements, personnel policies and manuals, independent contractor agreements and separation agreements. |

Ms. Brown conducts workplace investigations, human resource audits and customized employee training programs for corporate clients. |
